Name of product: accelerant D (diphenyl guanidine)
Physical and chemical property:
White or hoar powder, bitter. Specific density: 1.13(20/4 ), melting point:147-148 . Specific density of merchandise: 1.12-1.20. Melting point:145-149 . Soluble in ethanol , acetone and benzene, slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water and gasoline. And stable in air.

Application:
Mainly used as accelerant for vulcanization of rubber, or dyestuff, natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Because of nontoxicity and smellless, it can be used as the rubber product for foodstuff.

Physical and chemical property:
White or hoar crystal powder. Specific density: 1.29 (20). Melting point: 146-148. Specific density of merchandise: 1.29-1.46.
Melting point:135-148. Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform and carbon bisulfide, slightly soluble in ethanol and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water and gasoline. Stable in air.

Application:
As a super accelerant for natural rubber, it is used as curing agent (sulfuration without sulfur).

Physical and chemical property:
Canary granule, nontoxic. Melting point:78-80 . Specific density: 1.34-1.40. Insoluble in water, dilute base, dilute acid.
Soluble in benzene, chloroform and dichloroethane, decompose in acid.

Application:
As an excellent retardation accelerant, it is used for natural glue and synthetic rubber. Mainly used in tire, rubber overshoes,
rubber hose, conveyer belt and extrusion products etc.

Physical and chemical property:
Canary, white powder. Nontoxic, slightly bitter. Melting point: more than 160, specific density: 1.45-1.50. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in benzene. In alcohol, it is crystallize into white scaly crystal. And can be deoxidized into sodium salt of 2-thiol group benzene parallel thiazole by sodium sulphide.

Application:
As a common accelerant for natural, synthetic and reclaimed rubber, it can increase anti-tensile breaking force and anti-oxidation.
It is mainly used for tire, adhesive tape and rubber overshoes etc. Canary powder, nontoxic, bitter. Melting point:more than 170,
specific density: 1.42-1.43. Soluble in ethanol, chloroform etc. Can be oxidized into disulfide diphenzothiazole even into sulfinic acid.
