RAW MATERIAL :

Different pulverized gums, particle size 0,125 – 4 mm : Absorting like a sponge.

PURPOSE AND APLICATION :

OP oil binding product is to apply on streets or other traffic areas of hard
and compact underground, then let it react and mingle with a scraper.We
recommend to spread OP oil binder once on thick or viscous oil.The not so
contaminated oil binding substance can be taken another time for greater
pollutions.OP has great buoyancy and doesn’t have any load on water
(hydrophobe. After OP-Oilbinding substance absorbed the oil from the water
it can easily be collected from the waters surface.

BINDING POWER :

One bag OP oil binding substance contains 20 kg of this product, that are 68
liters and has the power to bind 80 lşter fuel oil E.L.

STORAGE DISPOSAL :

OP oil binding subtance can be stored unlimited. At storage for a longer
time it is possible, that the material is forming little lumps. These
disolve of itself at dispersion. We recommend to store the full bags on a
light-proof place to save the poly-ethylenen material, which is of a limited
durability.

WASTE DISPOSAL :

OP oil binder can be delivered in bags to a special dump or a special
destrucor station.

TEST CERTIFICATE :

The goverment testing laboratory Nordrhein-Westfalen at Dortmand ( Germany)
has critically tested the OP oil binder and has given the license fort he
types IR and IIR. The clearance certificate for operating conditions has
been issued by the institute of hygine at Gelsenkirchen ( Germany )
