1. Automatic stretch blow molding machine A1200 for PET - packing production consists of cabin provided with an elevator which function is preheating and automatic taking the preforms into endless conveyer heater belt of preforms.
Robot - unit takes over thermally processed preforms from endless conveyer and automatic puts preforms into the molds where is finished forming of bottles with automatic function of blowing machine (blocking, preblowing, stretching, relieving)
Complete technical-technology process is provided by control system which basic is SIEMENS computer and following elements are adequate quality :
- all pneumatic components FESTO (Germany)
- shafts (Germany)
- non-lubricating bearings (Germany)
- thermal regulation and frequent regulation OMRON (Japanese)

Pneumatic work regime is divided in two segments : function of machine from 7 bars and blowing bottle to 15 bars.

2. Compressor with capacity of 2.600 l/min. provides synchronized work (reservoir 1.000 l.; pressure 15 bar)

3. Chiller (closed system of cooling) is made from DANFOOS Germany components . Mold is supplied with equal temperature by chiller what provides long-term and undisturbed work.

4. Filter-separator of the evaporation, smell and dampness (fineness 3 microns)

5. System for the separation of dampness from the reservoir of the compressor

6. Mold is made by wish of investor (volume and shape) . Mold is produced from high quality aluminum with established structure
